Alphonse Reddy CEO

Alphonse Reddy is the founder and CEO of FabMart. He comes with over 12 years of experience across technology, sales and distribution, strategy and finance domains. Alphonse worked with Flextronics and Sasken in London before joining Delta Partners as a strategy consultant and private equity investor. Here he worked with telecom operators in India, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Europe. He finished his engineering from BITS, Pilani and an MBA from INSEAD business school, France.

Hemchandra Javeri Shareholder & Advisor

President and CEO of Madura Garments, India’s largest branded apparel company, Hemchandra Javeri was also previously the Country Head of Nike, South Asia. He led and delivered a turnaround strategy to rebuild Madura Garments into a profitable powerhouse and market leader. He has been among the pioneers of retail in India, and was ranked the 12th most powerful person in Indian retail in 2006.

Anand Morzaria Shareholder & Board Member

Anand Morzaria brings with him an impressive mix of technological know-how, financial acumen, strategic insights and operations management. A finance graduate from BITS Pilani, Anand began his career at JP Morgan. He then distinguished himself as a successful entrepreneur by founding PennyWise Solutions, taking it from a 6 person bootstrapped start-up to a 150 employee-strong enterprise. Anand's key interests are reading, internet, ideating and building organizations.
